Apple crumble

Apple crumble

Ingredients
4 apples, peeled and cored
100 g vegan margarine
flour
sugar
vanilla sugar
cinnamon

Directions
Cut the apples in thin slices, mix with 4-5 tbsp of sugar and spread on the bottom of a pie dish greased with margarine. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes in a 175 degree Celsius oven. Add some flour and sugar (and some vanilla sugar) to the margarine, work with your fingers until crumbles are formed. Sprinkle the crumbles evenly on the half-baked apples. Put back in the oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes. Reduce heat once the crumbles start turning light brown. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the crumbles before serving. Let cool before serving.
