Apple jam cookies

Ingredients
100 - 150 g margarine
1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
some vanilla sugar
some apple jam or any other thick jam
Directions
Melt the margarine, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder, mix everything. The dough should not be too firm, but should not stick to your hands either. Take small pieces of dough in your hands and form cookies. Place them in a baking pan covered with baking paper and with your finger, make a dip in the middle of each. Fill the dip with the jam. Bake first in about 220 degrees celcius. After a few minutes, turn the heat lower and bake some more minutes. The cookies should be ready in about 10 minutes or until they become slightly golden brown at the bottom. Bake the cookies from the top as well.
