Banana bread
Ingredients Directions Sift together flour, baking soda, vanilla sugar and spices. Cream together margarine and sugars. Mash the bananas well, mix with soy milk. Mix banana-soymilk mixture with margarine-sugar mixture. Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Mix well and pour batter into pan. Bake for 1 hour in 175 degrees C. To serve, take the bread out of the pan, let cool a bit and sprinkle some confectioner's sugar on top. Cut into slices. |
