Banana pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 cup of soy milk
some vanilla sugar
1 banana, sliced
about 1 cup of water
vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Mix the ingredients. The mixture should be as thick as the usual pancake batter. Fry the pancakes a couple of minutes from both sides.
Eat with a jam of your choice. Also delicious with soy ice cream, strawberries or apple sauce. Makes about 5 - 6 big pancakes.
