Bean patties with Indian spices

Ingredients
1/2 can cannellini beans, drained
a bunch of fresh coriander leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 onion
flour
salt
oil for frying
some cayenne pepper
Directions
Smash the beans with a hand mixer or in a food processor. Smash the onion and chop the coriander leaves. Mix with beans and add all the spices. Add flour, until the dough is no longer liquid. Stir with a spoon. Heat some oil in a pan and form patties with the help of the spoon (the dough tends to stick to the hands). The patties don't have to be perfectly round. Fry in oil until both sides are golden brown.
This amount makes about 10 patties.
