Blueberry cake

Ingredients
150 g vegan margarine
1-2 cups of flour
sugar (depending on how sweet you want the cake)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of blueberries or some other berries
some vanilla sugar
powder sugar for garnishing
Directions
Melt the margarine, add sugar and flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth - the pastry should be quite soft and easy to stir. Add the berries and mix again. Cover a baking pan (I used a round pan) with the pastry. Bake around 20-35 minutes in medium heat. Also, bake from the top for a few minutes. Let the cake cool down and sprinkle some powder sugar on it.
