Blueberry pie

Ingredients
1 cup of sunflower or canola oil
sugar
the juice of 1/2 lemon
1-2 cups flour
0,5 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla sugar
3-4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (if using frozen blueberries, keep them in room temperature for a few hours before making the pie)
2 tbsp baking powder
Directions
Heat the oil and add sugar (about 2-4 tbsp, depending on how sweet you want the pie), keep stirring the mixture. Remove from heat, add the flour, baking powder and nutmeg. Mix. Take most of the dough in your hands and spread it on the bottom of a round baking dish. Cover the bottom and the walls of the dish evenly. Leave some of the dough for crumbs. Mix the blueberries with 2-4 tbsp sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and a few tbsp flour. Fill the pie crust with blueberries.
Add some more flour to the remaining dough and work it with your fingers a bit, until you have crumbs. Spread the crumbs on the pie. Bake in a medium heated oven for about 50 minutes, or until the pie crust is slightly golden. Also, bake the top of the pie for a few minutes. Let the pie cool for about 15 minutes before serving. The pie is good with vanilla sauce.
