Ingredients
2 buns
olive oil
2 tomatoes, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt
pepper
basil or dried Italian herbs

Directions
Cut the buns in half, place them on an oven plate. Spread some olive oil on the breads and cover them with chopped tomatoes and garlic. Sprinkle salt, pepper and basil/herbs on the breads. Bake in the oven in low to medium temperature for about 10 minutes.

Enough for 1-2 people, depending on the size of the bread.
