Cauliflower in cream sauce

Ingredients
1 small or 1/2 large cauliflower
1/2 vegetable stock cube
2,5 tbsp flour
about 0,5-0,75 glass water
3 tbsp roasted and ground peanuts
some salt
freshly ground black pepper or mixture of peppers
100 g vegan cooking cream
1 average onion
1 clove garlic
some vegetable oil
Directions
Cut the cauliflower in smaller chunks and boil in slightly salted water until soft. Meanwhile, prepare the cream sauce. Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic, or chop them finely in a food processor. Fry the onion and garlic in some oil for a few minutes. Add flour to the pan, stir and add the water and the vegetable stock cube. Mix well and add more water if needed. Add the ground peanuts and a bit more salt if needed. Once the stock cube has dissolved, add the cream and stir well. Add more pepper if needed. Add cauliflower to the pan and mix well with sauce. Serve immediately, with some pepper sprinkled on the dish.
