Celery noodle soup

Ingredients
1 onion (white or red), sliced
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
3-4 tbsp oil
some coriander stalks
1/2 cup noodles
1 small red or green chili, finely chopped
2 sticks of fresh celery, chopped
1 carrot, thinly sliced
2 tbsp flour, mixed with water, until there are no lumps
1 vegetable stock cube
spices (such as curry, other (Indian) spices - I used a bit of chana masala and byriani spice)
fresh coriander leaves, chopped
water
salt

Directions
Pour the oil in a pot and fry the onions for a few minutes, until slightly golden. Add some salt, the coriander stalks, and the mustard seeds. Stir. Add about 2-3 cups of water and the chopped celery, carrot and chili. Add the vegetable stock cube and boil until the carrots are almost soft. Then add the noodles and boil a few more minutes. Turn the heat lower and add the flour and water mixture. Keep stirring. Finally, add the spices and let the soup simmer for a few more minutes in low heat. Add more salt, if necessary. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on the soup before serving.

This amount is enough for 1-2 people.
