Chocolate & nut blocks
This recipe is from the Nami-nami food blog. Instead of cranberries, salted peanuts and pistachios, I used slightly different ingredients.

Chocolate & nut blocks

Ingredients
500 g dark vegan chocolate
100 g dried plums, cut in smaller pieces
100 g raisins
100 g almonds
50 g walnuts, slightly crushed
(alternatively, you could use dried cranberries, pistachios or other nuts)

Directions
Melt the chocolate on until melted and smooth. Add nuts, almonds raisins and plums and mix. Line a 20 cm square dish with parchment paper and slightly brush with oil. Pour the chocolate mixture on the paper and spread evenly. Cool in the fridge for an hour or until the chocolate has hardened. Cut into blocks and serve.

This dessert is very rich and sweet. Serves ca. 10-15 people.
