Chocolate cake

Ingredients
Dough
150 g vegan margarine
about 1 cup sugar (depending on how sweet you want the cake)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
1 tsp white vinegar
1 cup soymilk
50 g dark chocolate, chopped in small pieces
some handfuls hazelnuts, chopped in small pieces
Chocolate glaze
about 80 g dark chocolate
3-4 tbsp vegan margarine
some soymilk

Directions
First make the dough. Melt the margarine and mix with all other ingredients. If the dough is too liquid, add more flour, if too stiff, add more soymilk. Use the margarine to grease a round baking pan of about 20 cm in diameter and fill the pan evenly with the dough. Bake the cake in about 175 degrees C for about half an hour or until a fork or toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean.

While the cake is baking in the oven, make the glaze. Melt the vegan margarine in a casserole on low fire, add the dark chocolate. Add a few tbsp of soymilk. Stir the glaze until it is even and smooth. Once the cake has baked, pour the glaze over it and spread it out evenly. Let the cake cool for at least half an hour before eating. The glaze should become solid.
