Creamy cashew pasta sauce

Ingredients
1/3 - 1/2 cup soymilk
1/4 cups cashews
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp freshly squeesed lemon juice
1/2 tbsp mustard
one pinch of paprika powder
one pinch of nutmeg
one pinch of black pepper
1 large clove of garlic
1 cup pasta

Directions
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The texture of the sauce does not have to be perfectly smooth, it can have some pieces of cashew.

Boil the basta until soft, drain it and pour on a pan. Add the sauce and mix with pasta. Heat a few minutes and serve right away.

Serves 1.
