Eggplant & pesto wrap

Ingredients
1/2 eggplant, thinly sliced
2-3 tsp pesto
vegetable oil for frying
1 tomato, chopped
lavash (flatbread)
some salt and pepper
Directions
Fry the eggplant slices in oil, until they become soft, sprinkle salt and pepper on them. Spread pesto on the lavash, place eggplants on the pesto and spread the chopped tomato on top. Roll the lavash and cut the rolls in smaller pieces.
This amount is enough for 1-2 people.
