Fried eggplant

Ingredients
1 eggplant, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
5-7 tbsp breadcrumbs
some salt and pepper
other spices, such as ground rosemary and thyme (optional)
(olive) oil for frying
2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Fry the garlic and eggplant slices for a few minutes, until the eggplant becomes soft. Add the spices and sesame seeds. Finally, add the breadcrumbs and fry until the breadcrumbs are slightly golden brown.
