Gado Gado is an Indonesian dish of vegetables in peanut sauce.

Gado Gado

Ingredients
Salad
Fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, lettuce, sprouts, olives, mushrooms etc.
Sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp curry
3,5 dl peanut butter
2,5 dl water
2,5 dl coconut milk
the juice of 1 lemon
some chilli or cayenne pepper
some salt

Directions
Chop the fresh vegetables and place them in a bowl. Mix the ingredients of the sauce (use a food processor if you wish) and heat the sauce on a pan for a few minutes. Let it cool and serve with the vegetables.

The sauce can be used on other dishes or used as a dip souce for vegetables or chips.
