Gazpacho supp

Ingredients
3 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
tabasco souce (the amount depends on how spicy you want the soup to be)
4 dl tomato juice
Directions
Blend the vegetables in a blender to desired consistency. Add tomato juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, tabasco sauce and mix. Place in a non-metal storage container, cover and refridgerate for a while before serving.
Serves 2-3 people.
