'Kirju koer' (the English translation would be someting like 'spotted dog')
This delicious cake needs no baking. When I was a child, my mom sometimes made it. This is a vegan version - my friends just loved it and nobody could tell any difference from the 'regular' version! ;o)

Kirju koer

Kirju koer

Ingredients
200 g vegan cookies (for example, 'Digestive' without eggs)
100 g marmalade
2-3 tbsp of cocoa powder
200 g halva
100 g vegan margarine
about 100 ml of soy cream or 2 tbsp of soy cream powder
chocolate candies, chopped (optional)
peanuts, chopped (optional)

Directions
Crush the cookies and halva into very small crumbles Cut the marmalade in small pieces. Mix all ingredients. Make a roll of about 5 cm in diameter, sprinkle some cookie crumbles on it and wrap it in aluminum foil. Place the cake in the fridge for a few hours or leave it there overnight.

Should be enough for 5-6 people: the cake is very rich, so you won't be able to eat too much of it!
