Mushroom-carrot burgers

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2-3 carrots, peeled and grated
150 g mushrooms, chopped
1 small cup of (whole wheat) flour
salt, pepper
vegetable oil for frying
(fresh coriander or other herbs, chopped)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients into a dough and form burgers about 8 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick. Fry using oil until slightly golden brown.
Makes around 8 burgers.
