Mushroom paté
The author of this recipe is Sandra, whose website is taimetoit.net (vegan recipes in Estonian). I have modified this recipe a bit.

Mushroom paté

Ingredients
250 g champignons
1 onion
olive oil for frying
the juice of half a lemon
some rosemary
some thyme
some salt and pepper

Directions
Chop the onion and mushrooms and fry them on the pan in olive oil, add salt and pepper. While the mushrooms are frying, use the food processor to chop the rosemary and thyme in small pieces. Add the mixture to the mushrooms, stir, and fry some more, until the water has come out of the mushrooms. Add the lemon juice and stir. Finally, mix everything in the food processor, until you have a smooth and even mixture. Let the paté cool down and spread it on bread.
