Mushroom salad
This is the recipe for the classic and simple Estonian mushroom salad, veganized.

Ingredients
300-400 g boiled forest mushrooms
200 g soy mayonnaise
1 medium onion
salt and pepper

Directions
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion, add the soy mayonnaise, some salt and pepper and stir. Keep in the fridge before serving.
