Olive-cheese breads

Ingredients
4 small to medium buns
2 tbsp vegan margarine, room temperature
2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
about 80 g vegan cheese (hard cheese which can be grated and that melts when heated) (I used Cheezly Edam Style)
3 tbsp black or green olives, chopped
2 stalks green onions, chopped
Directions
Grate the cheese and mix with mayonnaise, margarine, olives and onions. Mix until well combined. Cut the buns in half and place on a baking plate. Spread the mixture evenly on the 8 slices of bread. Bake in 200 degrees C for about 20 minutes, in the end reducing heat and baking only from the top. The breads are ready when the cheese mixture has melted and the breads are golden brown on the bottom and at the sides.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
