Olive bread

Olive bread

Ingredients
1,5 tsp active dry yeast
1,5 cups warm water
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/3 cups olive oil
1 cup olives (I used black and green), chopped

Directions
Mix the yeast with warm water and let stand for a few minutes. Add flour, salt and olive oil and knead until the dough comes together in a rather sticky mass. Sprinkle some olive oil in a bowl and toss the ball of dough in the oil. Cover the bowl and let the dough stand for a bout 1 hour. After one hour, add the olives to the dough and knead so that the olives would be distributed more or less evenly in the dough. Sprinkle some olive oil on a 30 x 30 baking sheet and spread the dough evenly on the baking sheet. Cover and let stand in a warm place for a while. Sprinkle some olive oil on the dough and bake in 200 C heat for about 30 minutes or until the bread turns slightly golden brown on the top.

Serve immediately.
