Paratha

Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
about 1/2 cup water
some salt
2-3 tsp oil
Directions
Mix the ingredients, add more water if needed. Work the dough for some minutes with your hands, it should become soft and not sticking to your hands. Divide the dough into small balls of about 3 cm in diameter. Let the dough balls rest for a while. The parathas are good with Indian curries, such as Aloo gobi, Tarka dahl, Chana masala and Aloo matar. Also, they are good to eat instead of regular bread, covered with vegan toppings.
