Pasta in tomato cream sauce

Ingredients
2 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
some salt and black pepper
1 cup (whole wheat) pasta
100 ml vegan cream

Directions
Boil the pasta in slightly salted water. While the pasta is boiling, mince the onion and garlic and fry in oil until slightly golden brown. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan, cover with lid and heat for a few minutes. Add salt, pepper, cream and mix. Once the pasta is soft, drain it and add to the cream sauce. Mix and serve immediately.

Serves 1.
