Pesto with coriander and hazelnuts 

Ingredients
the leaves of 1 basil plant
the leaves and stalks of 1 coriander plant
handful of cashews
large handful of hazelnuts
about 5 tbsp canola oil
about 3 tbsp olive oil
salt
black pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp white wine vinegar
about 2-3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until the pesto has smooth consistency. Taste the pesto and add an ingredient if needed. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge. This pesto tastes great on bread.
Serves 5-6 as a spread.
