Pizza


Ingredients
pizza crust flour
(dry yeast)
canned corn
olives
1 onion, chopped
some vegetable oil
about 200 g mushrooms, sliced
tomato sauce
pizza spice or dried Italian herbs
fresh basil, optional
vegan cheese, optional
some salt
Directions
Prepare the pizza crust according to the directions on the pizza flour package - add dry yeast if needed. Let the dough rise. Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms with the onion until all liquid has evaporated from the mushrooms. Roll out the pizza dough and place is on a baking sheet greased with oil. First, spread the tomato sauce on the pizza crust, then the corn, mushrooms and olives. If using vegan cheese, grate it or cut thin slices and place on the pizza. Sprinkle some pizza spice or dried Italian herbs on the pizza. Bake until the crust is slightly golden brown.
