Plum cake

Ingredients 1 cup sunflower or canola oil
1/2 cup (more more) sugar
cinnamon
1-2 cups flour
0,5 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 banana
about 20 dark blue ripe plums
Directions
Heat the oil (do not let it boil) for a minute and add the sugar. Stir and remove from heat. Add flour, baking powder, nutmeg and banana and stir. Work the dough with your fingers, until smooth. Fill the bottom and edges of a round baking pan (about 20 cm in diameter) with the dough. Remove stones from the plums and cut each plum in four slices. Spread the slices more or less evenly on the dough and sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top.
Bake in medium heat for abuot 45-50 minutes, or until the bottom and edges of the cake have turned slightly golden. Let the cake cool before serving.
