Creamy potato & cauliflower curry

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
4 medium sized potatoes, peeled
1/2 cauliflower
vegetable oil for frying
200 ml vegan cream
some curry
some chana masala spice mix (optional)
some salt
Directions
First boil the potatoes and the cauliflower (cut in rather small chunks), until soft. Cut the potatoes into cubes of about 1,5 in size and cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces if necessary. Fry the onion in oil until clear and slightly golden brown. Drain the potatoes and cauliflower and add them on the pan. Stir. Add the spices and mix. Finally, add the cream and stir. Heat on low fire for some minutes while stirring.
This amount should be enough for 3-4 people.
