Delicous meal, very quick and easy to make.

Potato galette

Ingredients
3 - 4 potatoes, peeled
vegetable oil for frying
salt
spices of your choice (I like to use pizza seasoning and cayenne pepper or curry)

Directions
Coarsely grate the potatoes. Squeeze some of the liquid out of the potatoes. Heat the oil in the pan for a minute and add the potatoes in an even layer. Fry the galette from both sides and after a while, reduce the heat. Add salt and spices and heat some more, until the potatoes are slightly golden brown. Nothing happens if the galette doesn't stay in one piece (like in my picture), the taste is still the same!I like to eat the dish with ketchup.

Serves 2.
