Pureed cauliflower soup

Ingredients
1 small or half a large cauliflower
half an onion
1 carrot (optional)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
a bit of vegetable oil
salt
spices (black pepper, Indian spices etc.)
1 vegetable stock cube
200 ml vegan cream
Directions
Chope the cauliflower and onion in bits (not too small). Add about 0,75 - 1 l of water in a pot and boil the cauliflower, onion (and carrot) until soft. Add the vegetable stock cube, spices, a bit of vegetable oil and salt if needed. Boil some more minutes. Remove from heat and puree the soup with an electric mixer. Add the cream and let the soup boil for a minute. Add more spices if desired.
