Raw apple pie

Ingredients
Crust
1/2 cup peeled sunflower seeds
1 cup dates
1/3 cup almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 banana (optional)
some ground cinnamon
Filling
2-3 apples
some fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup of coconut flakes
some ground cinnamon
some apple juice
some fresh fruits for decoration

Directions
First make the crust. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and form the crust from this mixture. Cut the apples into very small pieces or use the food processor. Add the lemon juice, coconut flakes and cinnamon to the apples, mix everything. Cover the crust with the filling and level it out. Decorate with any seasonal fruits. Leave the pie in the fridge for at least 1 hour before eating.
