Soy cappuccino

Ingredients
2/3 cups hot coffee
1/4 cups soy milk
cinnamon
sugar (optional)
Directions
Prepare the coffee. Heat the soymilk and pour in a cup. Using a milk frother, whip up the soy milk (this takes about 10 seconds or a bit longer). Pour the coffee in the cup and add some sugar if desired. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
Serves 1. Serve immediately.
