Tofu & broccoli salad

Ingredients
about 150-200 g firm tofu (I used tofu with herbs)
1 broccoli
1 cup of soy mayonnaise
salt and black pepper
Directions
First, boil the broccoli and cool it. Meanwhile, cut the tofu in small cubes. Cut the broccoli into pieces. Mix it with tofu and add the soy mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
This amount should be enough for 3 people as a side dish.
