Tomato basil cream pasta

Ingredients
1 large soft tomato
1/2 cups cashews
1/4 cups water

2 tbsp olive oil
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
spaghetti or other pasta
salt
freshly ground black pepper
fresh basil leaves

Directions
Boil the pasta until soft. Remove the core of the tomato and add to the blender. Add cashews and water. Blend until smooth.

Fry the minced garlic until golden brown. Add the blended mixture on the garlic. Mix and simmer on low heat. Add salt and simmer for some minutes, while mixing the sauce. Add water if necessary. Add the drained pasta on the sauce, add pepper and basil leaves, mix and serve immediately.
