Veggieburger

Veggieburger

Ingredients
1 small (wholewheat) bread, cut in half (I used full grain bread)
2-3 slices of tomato
4-5 slices of cucumber
some lettuce
tofu cubes or tofu balls (or both)
tomato sauce (I used a spicy sauce, something like salsa)

Directions
Warm the bread in a microwave or roast in the toaster or oven, cut it in half and fill it with the vegetables, tofu and the sauce.
